Jessica (Jess) Bibby- Speech Pathologist

In 2006, Jess graduated from La Trobe University in Bundoora, Victoria, with honours. Her honours project finalised a three-part study, looking at the effect of radiation treatment on the voice of people with throat cancer.

Since then, she has also worked with hundreds of children, including those with registered disabilities, and their care providers in private and public health. Jess has also worked helped clients with dysphagia management in public hospitals and aged care homes in Western Australia. This work involved training aged care providers about dysphagia management. Additionally, in 2025, Jess started helping international travelers’ learn to use some English sounds.

Some extra training Jess has completed includes:

  • Neuro-affirming goal setting by Adina Levy,

  • Working with children with moderate- severe speech sound disorders, by Dr. Caroline Bowen,

  • It takes two to talk by The Hanen Centre and

  • Steiner Foundations, Melbourne Rudolf Steiner Seminar
